The company was founded in January 1992 and transformed into a company ltd. in 1997. Its fundamental sphere of activity is designing for city institutions urban interiors, outdoor and indoor sport and recreation centres as well as sports and show arenas which serve culture, education and recreation. The company has gained the greatest experience designing structures for public use, including indoor swimming pools, sports centres and other structures. It has also designed many residential, half residential-half commercial and solely commercial buildings.

Since 2002 the company has won ten times in open architectural competitions. Its 18 further designs have received awards and distinctions in various competitions. The company has also gained a lot of recognition for the following realized structures: The Wodnik swimming pool, the Volvo showroom and the olimpic swimming pool in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski - which was distinguished in both "Modernization of the Year"and "The Best Publicly Funded Structure" competitions. For the latter project the designing team received the 3rd Degree Infrastructure Minister's Award. Recently the team's modernization of the Old Town Square and the entrance to the underground tourist route in Rzeszów was awarded with the titles of "The Road and Bridge Construction of 2007 in Podkarpacki Province", "The Crystal Brick Award of 2008" and "Construction Of The Year 2007 in Podkarpacie".
